Vision

We are a small company, aiming at helping small companies achieving compliance with the many current laws and regulations.

Our approach to compliance is focused on both implementing a framework, while at the same time look at your organization with a bottom-up as well as a top-down view. We believe change management is an important part of implementing any framework successfully. The adoption of policies should be supported by the entire organization.

We partner with trusted companies when needed, after careful consideration, and always in full transparency with our customers.

Approach

The first thing we do is listen!

To be able to give you a realistic timeframe and budget, we come in and do a gap analysis. We provide you with a report on this, including a proposal with different approaches.

We can approach projects from different angles: from writing absolutely no letter at all and just be there to coach you from the sidelines, to really getting in there, writing, but also having a look at how you can improve the underlying processes you're management system relies on. 

Partnerships

We don't really like arrogance, so we don't pretend to know everything about everything. We do have a wide network of people who are just as capable or even more than ourselves. We like working together with different partners because a pair of fresh eyes is often beneficial to projects, because some tools, systems and frameworks require in-depth knowledge or simply because this keeps us on our toes. We learn a lot when working with people who know more than we do, so besides helping our customers forward, this helps us on our continuous learning path.
