Vanessa Van Hese

Owner, Data Protection Officer, ISO27001 Lead Implementer, NIS2 Lead Implementer, ISO27001 Provisional Auditor

Vanessa has over 15 years experience in IT operations, project management and people management. Through her carreer, she built experience in managing both internal as well as external customers, in leveraging expectations from both management as well as team-members. Setting up different teams in IT operations in different companies has provided her with insights on the value of a structured approach to work and the added quality governance frameworks can bring to an organization. In 2022 she decided to take the leap and start Vayaqua, to help smaller companies on their path to ISO certification, NIS2 Compliance and in 2024 she certified as a Data Protection Officer!

When she's not working, she loves to travel, can be found on a surfboard, hiking or creating

Yannick joined Vayaqua in 2024. He has a solid background in Linux system enfineering, with a strong focus on security, manageability.
